Items are shipped from various distributors throughout the US and China. Products will be shipped via UPS, USPS or ePacket and will generally arrive between 2-4 weeks.
- First-Class Mail (estimated 3-5 business days): $3.95 or FREE for orders over $25 (total does not include tax) being shipped within the United States.
- Priority Mail (estimated 2-3 business days): $7.95 and non-refundable.
- Priority Mail Express (1-2 business days): Cost is based on weight and location and is non-refundable. Rates start at $13.09. Express shipping is not always available to Alaska, Hawaii, or APO/FPO addresses. A signature is required upon delivery.
- UPS Mail (UPS Ground, UPS 2nd Day Air, UPS Next Day Air): Cost is based on weight and location and is calculated at checkout.
- Priority Mail Express International (estimated 5-10 business days): Cost is based on weight and location. Rates start at $27.71.
- International Fully Tracked Goods (estimated 8-15 business days): Cost is based on weight and location. Rates start at $6.95.
- International Partially Tracked Goods (estimated 12-25 business days): Cost is based on weight and location. Rates start at $3.95 or FREE for orders over $45 shipping to Canada and Australia.

Packages shipped within the United States are shipped with a delivery confirmation number, meaning you will receive tracking information once your order has been delivered or attempted to be delivered. Information is usually available on the evening of the date of delivery or attempted delivery. Please be aware that USPS does not provide full tracking information. Orders shipped via UPS receive full tracking numbers so you can locate your package all the way from our door to yours.
All shipments will be considered lost if they have not arrived after 40 business days. Orders lost due to incomplete address information provided by the customer are the responsibility of the customer and are not eligible for a refund. Packages with a confirmed delivery by a delivery confirmation number are not eligible for a refund. Please make sure the shipping address you use for your order is to a safe and secure location as packages that are stolen after delivery are not eligible for a refund.
Packages returned to us because of an incorrect or incomplete address may be assessed a 20% surcharge.
We are only able to consider offering replacements for orders that are lost in transit by the carrier.
Every package we send has a delivery confirmation number. This is our proof of delivery. If your package is lost, and the carrier cannot give us confirmation of delivery, we will work with you to send you a replacement at no additional cost. If the carrier has proof of delivery, you must file a claim directly with the carrier. Our guarantee does not cover replacement of items damaged by incorrect handling or carelessness. All replacement orders will be mailed via USPS First-Class Mail.
You must allow enough time for the carrier to deliver your package. For USPS, it can take up to 20 business days to deliver your package.
You must notify us by phone or email if your package has not arrived or if you received damaged merchandise.
Please don’t file a false claim. If the carrier can provide confirmation that the package was delivered, we will not send a replacement.
